I am currently using Call Manager version 4.0. My users are having trouble deleting voicemail messages and I can't seem to figure out why. Everything else seems to be in order....any suggestions?
Do you have access to reseting VM PW adding new VM boxes and etc?... If so, this is the server they are refering to. When you first login to where you would make those changes the first screen that comes up should show you your version.
