unable to delete extension from call pickup group

Anybody can hel me ..

I'm using BC9 and Extension manager. when I tried to delete one extension from one call-pickup group it appears
"Error deleting a member from Group Call Pickup. not accepted . Extension not in group"

appears to me your EMG dabatase doesn't reflect the real situation of your PBX. Did you do a synchronize via MD support?

Hi, Silly -- but have you tried GPGME:GRP=XXX,dir=all; Then build it up again.

maybe the ext. is not in the group.you may need to print all groups to see if you are delete from correct group.

Maybe the reset of the Call-pick handler may help...

RFPUI:LIM=XX,UNIT=GPP;

Where the LIM is the correspondig lim for the group.
