I developped a VB6 application integrating calls to CR9
reports. I'm know trying to install RDC runtime to be able to run this application on different computers (NT4 workstation).
First I tried to use the french version of crystal reports merge modules(cr9rdcmergemodules_fr.zip). I included this merge modules in an Installshield package. But when deploying this package I received the following error message "Error 1904 : Module C:\program files\fichiers communs\ ... \crviewer9.dll failed to register".
I tried then the "side-by-side installation" for RDC. When trying to registrer craxdrt9.dll and its dependency files I received the following error :
Echec de Loadlibrary ("C:\program files\fichiers\communs\crystal
decisions\2.0\bin\crqe.dll"
. GetLastError retourne 0x00000007e
What is wrong ? How can I continue to progress in my installation ? Thank you for your help.
