Unable to Copy and Paste 1

I have a published app that is working, but I am unable to copy text or graphics from it to Word Pad on the local.
 
Which version of the ICA client are you using? If it's not the latest one, upgrade as soon as you can.

Also, make sure that "Client Clipboard Mapping" is not disabled. This is done in the Citrix Connection Manager. - Bill

I am using ICA Client Version 6.01.961 on Metaframe 1.8 Win NT4 TS.
 
Did you check Connection manager, as Voyager1 suggested?

What is the published app?

What Service Packs/Hotfixes have you applied?

The application is called "Portable Maintance Aid" it is a product produce by the Boeing Company for the maintance of airplanes.

We are currently using service pack 1
 
Is it possible that the app in question does not make API calls to the Windows clipboard? Check with the program developers. If it is a DOS-based or 16-bit application, then chances are it won't.

Can you copy and paste to and from the app at the console?

Can you copy and paste through a vanilla Terminal Server (RDP) connection?

Do other apps support the copy and paste functionality?
