Unable to contact web server error...

I am hoping that someone can help me. I have been battling this issue for a long time, with no results.

I am running in an NT environment. I have InterDev installed on my NT Workstation and I receive the infamous "Unable to contact web server" error when trying to create a new project in InterDev. I have been to the Microsoft site and I have tried everything they suggested, but I still cannot attach. I have also tried giving EVERYONE and IUSR full control on the server, but that didn't work either. I have also done a complete uninstall of InterDev and reinstalled, but that didn't help.

If anyone has run into this before and knows what I'm doing wrong, I would GREATLY appreciate any advice or help you could offer.

I suppose that front-page server extensions and interdev server extensions are both installed, as well as personal web server (ie NT option pack 4).

I installed fpse2002 both on my development workstation and the server. On my server, I cannot access the administration pages through the management console. The program generates no errors on install, but they certainly do not appear to be functioning properly. Any ideas would be highly appreciated. Does it matter which MDAC version I am running with fpse2002?
