Unable to contact to management console 1

Hello,

I have a little problem, when i give a server a shutdown, i'm not able to connect to management console.
Not with my other three servers and not with one of my workstations.
All i get is the message, unable to connect ot farm.

Does anyone know what i do wrong ?

check your data collector settings, CMC > Action > Properties > Zones > Set Preferences, and make sure your servers are picking up the slack when another one goes down. Also, install the Feature Release 1.
