unable to contact licesnse server Ericsson CCM 4.0

Hi All, i am getting following error while launching Information manger application in CCM 4.0
"unable to contact server "

as i know Application is quite outdate not supported by OEM ,if any one have idea pls help .

Try to ping from your client to the CCM server.
Check if the client pc's eventviewer report any issues.
