We have a small server farm configuration (SPS 2003 frontend, SQL Server2000 backend) and we are getting the same error message (#50070) as this guy here:

It occurs every 61 seconds - it doesn't seem to be any problems except one that we have with our CIO's user account which keeps getting locked out from AD but I'm not sure if it's relevant to this.

The reason we believe it might have something to do with his user is because of the .dll fil onetutil (my CIO is also the leader of our IT team and he has been reading something about this file that makes him believe it's relevant to this db problem), which is mentioned when the event viewer tries to send an error report to Microsoft.

And yes, we have the latest security updates including SP1 (!) so that solution (which Microsoft said would solve the issue) didn't work.

We go live in 13 days, and we would like to solve the problem before this!
