Unable to connect to Host computer

I have installed PcAnywhere 11.5 (Symantec) in the host and remote computers with the suggested installation guidelines. I have never been able to communicate with the host computer. The reason/message is "unable to find specified device" The host computer is on a Qwest DSL Actiontec 701. The remote computer is on an antena internet service.

Please advise.,

Check for firewalls at both sides that may be blocking the PC anywhere ports:
5631/tcp pcANYWHEREdata
