I have a customer who has just installed ISA 2004. the server its installed on is one of two on the domain. Both servers are domain controllers. The server it is installed on is the GC and exchange server.
Existing users are able to connect to the exchange server and can send and receive mail without a problem, however when trying to set up a new outlook profile or profile on a client an error is received stating that the global address list is unavailable.
There are errors in the directory services log as follow
