Unable to connect to Farm

Hi
We have a W2K Server running Metaframe XP. We did a repair to the OS as it was unstable. On the citrix farm now, it has found the licenses, but the Metaframe Connection does not come up and nobody can connect. The license pool has been setup so that it is spread across the farm. It was working before rebuild. I think it may be a registry problem.

Any info gratefully received.
