I currently have several users that need to access a suppliers network using citrix,
They are using client version 6.30.1050 on windows 2000 machines and have firwall client software loaded on their machines
On the Firewall side I have opended port 1494 outbound, 3389 inbound (both TCP) and UDP send receive on port 1694
Each time the user tries to connect it comes up saying "unable to connect to citrix server I/O error"
I'm sure its a problem on the firewall, but i just can't find out what
Any ideas/suggestions would be greatly appreciated
