Unable to connect to APS

I'm getting error "Unable to connect to APS" everytime I try to open Crystal Reports. Any suggestions?

This usually happens if the Info APS service has not started on your Site Server.

If you have SP2 applied try expanding the Reports button so that existing reports will be revealed. It's only when you have expanded the report button that you can now create a new report
