Unable to connect - no errors

I have been able to connect no problem until this morning and have rebooted multiple times. Citrix agent 10. I see all the applications so that it is connecting, but when I select any application nothing happens. I tried the web client, can log in, see all the applications, but nothing happens. There is nothing in the event log.
 
are you picking up your application set? I've ran into the problem once or twice where it was set to auto-locate and had to switch it over to the specific name of the server, or in worse case scenerio; the ip address.
