Unable to connect: incorrect log on parameters

I just updated my site added a new database table and some fields to the report, when I run it on my VS2005 machine using ASP.Net development server It runs fine. However when I run it on my IIS 6.0 server I get the following error:

Logon failed.
Details: Error Code: 0x
Source: ADODB.Connection
Description: Provider cannot be found. It may not be properly installed.
Error in File C:\WINDOWS\TEMP\CrystalReport {7AAC9BE2-6319-4E0F-9630-1DBCC91AC20D}.rpt:
Unable to connect: incorrect log on parameters.

Any ideas?

Well, have you installed that OLE/DB provider?

Fixed. Had to re-install my web package /w merge modules I believe a file got corrupted. Thanks!
