We changed our AP's to Cisco 3700 series and I'm now unable to connect the phones using new SSID and passphrase. No Net Found No Aps error.

That is a pity but that is how it is with these crappy phones.
Are the AP's on the list of supported AP's?

BAZINGA!

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!

Can anyone provide some feedback why this phone wont connect?

What was the old AP?

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.

I was told it is compatible. Are you saying it is not compatible?

Ask whoever told you it is compatible for a configuration guide.

I see the Cisco 370x for Spectralink 8030

What is the process for an Avaya 3645 IP phone to be registered on the network? Perhaps the No Net Found No Aps error is misleading and maybe the device is not connecting to IP Office via the AP.

What was the old AP? for the second time. It's a leading question becuase if your previous APs weren't Cisco that answers most of the problem. The handset programming for Cisco APs is very different.

That said, as it is the error message implies that the handsets aren't even detecting the SSID of the new APs so something very fundamental needs to be adjusted.

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.

I'm trying to get the old Cisco model nr's. No access to the info yet.
Phone now boots up with slnk-cfg.cfg checking code then No AVPP response No GW response. Also noticed I dont have the WLAN setting on the phone.
