I just bought a Belkin AP 802.11b today. While setting up the AP I made an error in which I could no longer connect to the AP. So I read the manual on restoring the factory settings, followed the steps and plugged everything back in.
Unfortunately when I attempt to connect via the Manager to start over again, the manager scans for the AP and finds nothing. I then physically type in the restored settings of the AP and its password to connect. I receive an message back "AP connection failed!".
The AP is being connected to a wired network.
