unable to configure TLAN on MGC

Hi friends,

While configuring a MGC in Rls.5 first time it asks all the info like ELAN & TLAN after rebooting it didn't get register with CS and i found that there is no TLAN config on the MGCSETUP and now if i am trying to reset it not at all asking the TLAN IPs.... After entering the ELAN and primary CS ip it directly goes to MGC's advanced parameters ...... how can i reenter the TLAN ip's ...

The only place I could find TLAN info is in the MGC setup through Element Manager.
