I know my password and username,

I cannot get into EDC to settle my credit card sales or into Aloha Manager to modify prices.

What would cause this message? How did I get locked out?

Did you recently change your password in aloha manager?

Try these steps in the exact order
Close edc
Log into aloha manager
Change your password
Log out
Log back in to aloha manager
Refresh data
When Refresh is complete, only then open EDC
See if you can now Log into edc with new password
