I want to retrieve Licenses from the AMC and this error message kept coming up, ( Unable to communicate with the AMC, check your internet connection.

How do I post my question so that I get the best answers? faq1329-7115

If I never did anything I'd never done before , I'd never do anything.....

Think what Billz66 is saying it would be helpful if you gave enough information so that people would know what product you mean given that the MCD plus all the applications access the AMC. If it is the MCD if the software is new enough you can go to maintenance and attempt to ping the amc-mitel.com ( or something like that address )address to see if you have internent connectivity.

I'd tell you a UDP joke but I'm afraid you won't get it. TCP jokes are the best because you always get them.

That's it , I didn't want to go the what system what software , thuoght i would point to the faq for a change

If I never did anything I'd never done before , I'd never do anything.....

I will sometimes change the DNS to 8.8.8.8 temporarily just to pull down licences, then back to what it was. Thanks.
