Unable to communicate with GroupWise7 WebAccess Agent on login

Greetings:
Im using win server 2003, IIS 6
Groupwise 7

Can anyone help me resolved this..
Error:"Unable to communicate with GroupWise WebAccess Agent" on login

http://server

--->ok

http://server:8080

--->ok

http://server/gw/webacc

--->ok but i cant logon. it says:
Error:"Unable to communicate with GroupWise WebAccess Agent" on login
Though the user i used in groupwise and messenger works well ang not in webacc

also

http://server:7205

---> not ok, it says page cannot be displayed.
Also base on my installation, i choose to run webacc as services and run it automatically.But when finished and looked in windows services, its not running automatically.And when i start the WEBAC70A service its status displays STARTING NOT STARTED.

The first thing I would do is put it on a Novell server like its intended.

If that's not an option, you already know the WebAccess agent isn't starting. That's where you need to start your troubleshooting. On windows, it pretty much starts or it doesn't. There has to be a reason why. You'll have to check the logs. That will give you more information to go on. I'm not sure where the logs are on Windows.

Also, you should be installing GW7 SP1, not the original release.
