So, a couple of days ago, my phone started flashing with [203] (my A/D port on my voicemail). Dialing 203 didn't clear it.
Finally, after a lot of digging... I found the solution.
Feature 88 Feature
"Clear system callback" or something like that it was called.
Feature 99 feature didn't clear it, but 88 did.
