Unable to change Specified Print Driver (Q234530)

Need help please! When trying to change a printer driver from off of the print server and also on the workstation I can not change the drivers for this printer I have. I checked the technet site and there is instructions for modifying the registry in order to possibly fix this problem. It hasn't seemed to work for me, does anyone have experience with this problem?

Thanks for any help and guidance.
