Unable to call by voice to BRI station (videoconference equipment)

Could anyone help with making voice calls to ISDN equipment? I am unable to dial-in to Videoconference and at the same type everything is OK with outbound ISDN calls! I have connected Polycom ViewStation via BRI port(s) to Definity and configured WCBRI stations with data module (see configuration below).
When I call to data module 890 (from internal extensions, from my mobile or asking somebody to make an ISDN video call) - the result is the same - system disconnects:

Whats the service type set to on the PRI. I can only get video to work when that is set to cbc or public-ntwrk. Also make sure that your PRI vendor supports 64K video calls. Some Clec's don't.

You can not make a voice call to a data line. The data line can make a call to a voice line using an isdn test set.
