Unable to Browse Workgroup

I have WNT domain with W95 clients broken into workgroups and running TCP/IP and NetBEUI. Suddenly,one (out of about twenty) workgroup cannot be browsed by either the server or any client. Comes back with "Device or network inaccessible." Clients in that workgroup can still log into network, run TCP/IP-based apps like e-mail, etc. Any ideas?
 
Do you use WINS? If so you should check to see if it is configured properly.
