a DHCP server runs on a win 2003 LAN server. the router IP address is fixed on the LAN (192.168.0.1). the router connects to the LAN via a port on a switch.
The problem is that only one computer on the LAN is able to view the router (DSL-504) software in their browser, no other machines on the LAN can view it. When the router's IP address (192.168.0.1) is entered in the address bar, the page only partially loads as represented by the web page loader bar. No error message appears but the loader bar just hangs. Sometimes I get a part of the log-in page but never enough to see the boxes to enter the log-in details.
I've been in touch with d-link and appart from resetting the router they do not have any suggestions that I've already tried. Resetting the router is an absolute last resort. Is there anyone there who has any suggestions to this problem?

Consider enabling UPnP on the router. It should eventially appear in My Network Places.

If you have done a double NAT, no you cannot see the device unless you staticly assign to the workstation an IP in the same subnet.
