Unable to boot from CD drive IBM 7029-6C3

Hi there
I was trying to boot from the CD drive but Im having hardware errors on our IBM 7029:

That is a really old system, what are you trying to boot? The drive or the disk could be bad, or a missing driver during the boot cycle.
