Hey all,

I'm relatively new to the forum and would like to know if you guys would be able to assist with a delema I am having with my Call Pilot system. During startup (after plugging in the system to power, the system starts to boot up, however it gives a boot light sequence, and nothing comes out on the VGA, nor giving any additional boot codes. All I have to work with is the error lights on the front of the device. It shows a Red MJR light, and an Orange PWR light. I know that the Orange PWR light and the Red CRT light will mean that its a faulty power supply, however I am unaware in this combo of lights, and am unable to find anything on it.

Any help would be appreciated.

It looks like you have a bad power supply.
From the Server Maintenance and Diagnostics NTP:
A power supply fault indicates that one of the power supplies
is not providing power. The MJR LED is also lit.

Specific doc is: NN44200-704.

Someone else might be able to lend you more specific help, but that might put you in the right direction.

Damn, this is what I was hoping it wasn't. We had recently replaced a power supply within the last 6 months in this very same unit. You wouldn't happen to have that doc located someplace or can point me in the right direction to find it?

Thanks again for your help,
