unable to backup jet2*.tmp files

Hello
I have some problems with arcserve and a NT4server. I have two more NT4Servers and they dont have the problem. I get this error message everyday.

AW004 failed to open file <c:\winnt\jet2.tmp>. RC=32

I think this have something to do with the Jet database.

Please help med to get rid of this error message.

If I remember well, this is nothign but a Terminal Server Session temp file that is used during sessions, but I could be wrong...

If someone looses connection, gets disconnected or disconnects without logoff, you may have the session still logged in, hence, that file will stay there. If you reset the connection, the file will not longer be stuck opened, but will not be erased, so you get a bunch of jet*.tmp files if you reset connections alot.

As for it being a problem, just add it to your Arcserve exclusions list in your backup job.
. It's not a file that needs to be backed up. You'll need to add jet*.tmp because the number will vary.

Is Backup agent for open files installed on the you are trying to backup?
If it is installed try to increase the Write Inactivity to
10 seconds.

You shouldn't worry about this file since it is in temp folder you can ignor it by putting a filter to exclude the temp folder since it is not important.

Is this Arcserve2000 if yes is SP4 is applied in all machines contain arcserve components
