We use the public folders feature of Exchange and outlook. Some of the folders created do not need to be seen by the users in the address book, so they have been hidden. This causes the back up to fail (error msg: Unable to attach to mailbox) Exchange uses an Inbox folder as the standard folder, is there any way to backup the mailboxes without making the folders visable in the address book?
