unable to back up control file URGENT !

Hello

i want to back up control file but gives the following message using (win NT) ntbackup utility.
user does not have administrative privileges to use control file.

i checked the user is Admin user with all privileges also file is not read only. Also oracle was down that time.

Suggest.

Have you checked the file permissions for the control file? How about the directory holding these files?
