Hi all,

We have a customer using SBS 2003 with Outlook 2010.

When they try to send out an email which is over 10MB, Outlook comes straight up and says that is exceeds the limit.

I've checked the limits in Exchange I can't see any on which would cause this - any ideas please?

When you check Global Settings -> Message Delivery -> Defaults, what are the sizes set to? Is that where you made the change? The settings defined here override the settings you may put in place anywhere else, so if you haven't bumped them up, the limits you set on your Default Virtual SMTP Server won't take effect.
