Our helpdesk number points to a huntgroup, the extension in question was the first member of the group and I removed it to make some changes, since removing it I encountered the below issue.

The extension is on a M3904 and was previously working but somehow the TN has been removed from the config. When I try to reapply it (I have no record of what the TN was previously but they usually match up with the location) I am getting an SCH0128 error. Trying to apply any other changes to the extension without entering an TN produces window stating that a valid TN must be set (so I don't understand how the TN could have be removed?).

Looking at the available TNs the one I've been trying to apply is set to type VCE so presumably this won't work with a 3904?

I apologise for the lack of details but I am new to the Meridian system.

tone the users pair back to the frame and then locate what TN the jumper is punched too... or rebuild the DN on a new TN and jumper it to the cable pair going to the user's port/socket
then put it back in the hunt group.

card tns 0-15 only, has to be digital, you have to have enough licenses
example: large system 0 - 0 - 5 - 1 (Loop Shelf Card UNIT, the unit on a standard digital line card is 0-15)

also, you will get errors when changing a TN that is of a different phone type as well.

ld 20
LUVU
type = 2000 (this will give you an idea what TNs are available for digital phones)
type = 500 (this gives you available ANALOG units)
*you can't use digital unit for analog line or vice versa.

ld 22
prt
SLT
(this will give you how many licenses are left , if any)
