Unable to apply keycodes on bcm 50 Rls 1,upgrading to Rls 3

Using latest element manager,have obtained upgrade key code,loaded first stage off of CD 1,tried different PCs,different EManager.Tried to load other patches.

I believe this is a known issue. Nortel is working on it.

first you need to apply the krs key code to the bcm before you can start the upgrade.
