Unable to Allocate a HSTMT:

Greetings,

I am using DataDirect drivers to connect from Solaris to SQL Server. I configured the .odbc.ini and when i try to connect to the DB using the demoodbc application i get the above error.

The Error Message is,

$ demoodbc -uid <user> -pwd <pass> VANTIVE

demoodbc DataDirect Technologies, Inc. ODBC Sample Application.

demoodbc: will connect to data source 'VANTIVE' as user '<user>/<pass>'.
Unable to Allocate a HSTMT:
SQLSTATE = 01000
NATIVE ERROR = 0
MSG =

Please let me know your thoughts on this.
