Unable to add new extensions to CTI

hi,

Iam getting failed extensions when i add the new extensions to the CTI server , nice is 8.9 version. Please any advices !!
 
what pbx do you have onsite. what error do you recieve on driver running on cls. do you have a nice group on tserver and have you added device to group. how many licenses do you have to monitor have you exceeded?
 
I have the enough licences and i am using the avaya s8700 pbx, how to add the new extensions to the devices please let me know
 
have you configured the phone? I know on a meridian you have to tell each phone that it is going to be monitored

It's not getting any smarter out there. You have to come to terms with stupidity, and make it work for you.
 
I assume you are using avaya ct? if so then there should be a security database for NICE configured in it. All devices need to be added to Avaya CT and then added to the NICE security database.
