Unable to add new agent's in SECC

Hi,
I'm Dhananjay, We have a existing cs1000 (61c) system with call pilot and SECC (Symp Express Call Center) when we tried to add a new agent we are getting the following errors.

Terminal Type Not Voice port
Status Acquire Failed

We are unable to add new agent's and we checked the latest patches tooo in the patch viewer. Please suggest.

I suspect that the TN you are trying to acquire is not configured correctly. Make sure it is configured as an agent set in LD11 (needs a CLS of AGN). If all else fails OUT the TN and re-build.
