We are in the process of installing 4.1 in our lab environment. And so far all the components seemed to have installed successfully. the interface is also up and we have started our configuration.
However the VoIP logger cannot be added no matter what. Getting the error message : Logger is not responding. But the logger is up and all services are running. We have a logger in the 3.1 space too, for some reason, that seemed to respond, but not the 4.1 logger. Is there a specific port causing the issue, or any post-install configuration i need to do, because, i havent done anything apart from the steps in deployment manager and they all ran fine.
