unable to add LL MAPI 1

Unable to add Livelink MAPI Service via Outlook. When click on Tools Services, Add the Livelink MAPI is missing from the list.

Checked:
outlook32.dll plugins is available in
C:\Program Files\Open Text\Livelink Explorer

Fixes:
removed LLE4.5 and Outlook
restarted the machine
reinstall LLE4.5 and Outlook
-LL MAPI still missing.

any ideas on this?

Is there anything in Outlook 2000 like its new cousin Outlook2002 which I just now checked.For eg you click Help-Microsoft Outlook and in there should be something called
Disabled Items.If the addin is indeed disabled I would expect you to find it in there.

Hmm..ok but am using Outlook 2000 and could not find the Disabled Items.

do you have the email integration stuff or just plain explorer / explorer pro installed ?

yes email integration stuff.
the plugin exists but still cannot see the LL MAPI in the Services
