Unable to add Internet calender in MSOutlook 2007

Hi,

I just wants to sync my gmail calendar events with my MSOutlook-2007. I tried by copy pasting my ICAL link but got an error message as "Cannot verify or add the given link to outlook calendar".

Pls help.
