Unable to add email address in Notify Me

I have some users that can not enter an email address when configuring Notify Me. Just beeps after a slight delay and stays on the field. If you hit ESC you can get out. This is version 2 and it works for most of the users.

When you say version 2 do you mean Rel 2.0 of MM?

Is the system up to date with the service packs and patches?

Have you tried reloading the plug in.

Don't know about the patch level. I tried uninstall/reinstall with no luck.
