When trying to add a delegate in Outlook 2003 SP3 I have recently begun getting the following error: "The delegates settings were not saved correctly. Unable to activate send-on-behalf-of list. You do not have sufficient permission to perform this operation". I am an email admin and never had this problem until recently. Anyone know a cause and solution? I have checked Microsoft but have not found anything concrete. Thanks for any assistance.
