We are running Sharepoint Portal Server 2003 and I am having a problem getting a custom web part to work. The web part I am trying to use is called BreadCrumbs Site Navigation. I followed the Read Me document exactly, but when I try to set up the web part, I get the following error message

A web part or web form control on this web part page cannot be displayed or imported because it is not registered on this site as safe.

Has any one ever used this webpart and/or seen this error?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Scott

Sorry I can be more descriptive but you need to make sure the web part has been added to the web.config file as a safe part Off the top of my head I can't think of a place to send you but the part does need to be added as safe to the config file.

Thanks netcashin,

Yes, I do have the following in the web.config file

Code:
    <SafeControls>
      <SafeControl Assembly="BreadcrumbSiteNavigation, Version=1.0.0.0, Culture=nuetral, PublicKeyToken=5cb22459a6d1934b" Namespace="CustomWebParts" TypeName="*" Safe="True" />
