Hi!

I am trying to add (create) a Policy Document under Domino 6.5.2 via the Domino Administrator client but I keep getting the following message:

You have insufficient access to perform this operation.

I've looked at the ACL of the NAB and I am listed as Person with Manager Rights as well as PolicyCreator and PolicyModifier roles.

What am I missing?

Thanks!

Hello,

You might want to check your Server document. Open up the NAB, Configuration, Servers, All Server Documents. Double-click yours, and go to the Security tab.

These settings control admin usage. Normally, you would use groups. So check out the settings and check to see your group membership based upon what you find. I would imagine at the very least, you would need to be listed under "Administrator".

Hope this helps.

Rgds,

John

I've checked the security settings and I am listed as an Administrator with full rights. Very weird problem :-(
