Unable to acquire CDN! PLEASE HELP!

Hi, My client symposium server had crash and was obliged to reinstal it (has no backup).. All steps was succeful.
When I tried to acquire CDN, they stay in pending state.. Sets are acquired.
I deacquire CDN and sets forom the switch (ld 48), print CDN in ld 23 (not controled), reobot the srever, but my CDN stay in the pending state, even when I deacquire. The licences number was verified too.(not reached)
I ve passed two days trying to fix this problem without sucess :-(. Any idea will be apreciated. I had not instal PEP for ymposium server yet. Should I restart the switch(CS1000S R3)?

Is the E-LAN up? Are services up? A switch restart sometimes is needed to clear up issues on the E-LAN, but I would double check that all connections and services on SCCS are correct first.

This sounds like what you get with express when you don't refresh the screen.

No do not reboot the PBX....

You need to install the PEPS...They are for fixing problems. That should be your first step always.

All services are up and OK; I refresh., but still on pending! I make a new intsllation but get the same issue:-(

What is strange is before starting the Symposium, my CDN are: AACQ NO on the switch and pass to YES when stating it !!!
