Unable to access Web Services on Contact Center

Occasionally have to reboot our Contact Center due to unavailability of web access/services and IIS for ACD Agents? We are running CS1000 7.5 and about 8-10 ACD agents logging in daily. A reboot resolves the problem but I would like to find out whats causing the problem. Have been through the event logs on the Contact Center server to no avail and cannot find anything that sticks out.

Anyone know of any known issues with IIS Services running on Contact Center?
 
I think another 'fix' was to use the IP address versus the DNS resolution. We had a Call Center director that was having issues with being able to load the web access. We have also seen an issue with sessions since it is Unicast. You have to be sure you close the sessions on the other machines if you are logging into multiple desktops. Our supervisors like to leave their sessions open in their office and then go to the floor and try to launch Contact Center ... haha
