After reinstalling all my software on a new hard disk, I have been unable to access web pages from Prodigy (neither from a dial-up connection, nor from DSL).
Dial-up networking does connect and the icon in the system try indicates this, but when I enter any web address into Internet Explorer 5.5, I get back a screen that says "The page cannot be displayed". The bottom of the page says "Cannot find server or DNS Error". I get a similar message when I use Netscape 6 as my browser.
This all used to work perfectly on my prior hard disk. Prodigy Technical Support personnel have had me check the DSN and cannot resolve the problem. Furthermore, say that they do not support Windows 2000.
