Unable to Access Visual Voicemail if Bridged Appearance is ringing

Tried Googling/searching Tek Tips and I'm honestly surprised that I haven't run into this issue myself until now.

Basically when someone is getting a Bridged Appearance alert they are unable to access their Visual Voicemail. Instead it goes to Visual Voicemail: Transfer. Does anyone know how to fix this issue? The Bridged Appearance button is being used so that they can pick up calls coming in at other stations.

Can you press Ignore while the call is ringing, and then press Visual Voicemail?

I can press ignore for a regular call appearance call and go to Visual Voice but I can't do the same for a bridged appearance. I'll keep testing. Today is the cutover so it's pretty hectic right now heh.
