Unable to access this .gov site at home 1

I can access this site at work but I cannot seem to access it at home. I used to be able to get it before I installed Cox's sofware. Is there a setting in the Internet Options that needs to be set? It is a valid Californa Traffic site that we use to check road conditions before going to work. It is:

http://www.dot.ca.gov/traffic

can someone help?

i think the page was down. i tried it awhile ago and could'nt connect. It's back up now.

It is still not responding for me. I have been trying 3 days at home with no luck. At the same time it works when I'm on my work computer. I still think it is something to do with my settings.

I played around w/ this some more. You need to put a backslash at the end or the url and it will work. try the following link.

http://www.dot.ca.gov/traffic/

I don't know how I could have missed that so many times.
Thanks a lot, my wife and I are going on a trip to Lake Tahoe and needed the road closures since we are driving a Vette.
