unable to access system resources on the call server

on callpilot rls 5 , I’ve configured it , voice mail work fine , can access cp manager ( ping Tlan ,Elan ).
installed desktop messaging ,( server ip , vpim, mail box and pass are configured) ,when open outlook got folowing message :
unable to access system resources on the call server.
Any help great appreciate.

did you allow your user desktop functions? You have to put that in the Access Class. You may want to set up an Access Class just for Desktop users.

run the cp trace tool (part of desktop messaging) on the client machine and see if you have any messages there the might give indication what is happening.
